RAIN OR SHINE, THE EVENT GOES ON!

What time do the gates open?
Gates open for VIP ticket holders at 2 pm on Saturday, September 24th. The first band goes on at 2 and the event ends at 8 pm.

What bands will be performing?
Popular regional and local bands.

How much are tickets?
VIP tickets are $50 ($40 advanced sale-before July 31st) Only 1,000 tickets available, advanced sale ONLY General Admission tickets are $40 advanced, $45 day of

What are acceptable forms of payment for tickets and food/beverages at the event?
Credit Cards will be accepted for entrance only. Cash only for food and beverages. There will be ATMs on site for your convenience.

Are bourbon, beer and bite samples included in the price of the ticket?
Yes! All you care to sample bourbon and beer. Food vendors will have “bites” out for a limited time and will be selling food for under $10/entrée.

How do I vote for my favorite bites?
Use the special chips given at the entrance and use it to vote for your favorite bite/entrée. Drop it in your favorite food vendor’s bucket. A people’s choice award will be announced at the end of the day.

Are pets allowed at the event?
Only St. Bernards for carting beer are allowed at the event….Only kidding! Although we love pets, NO pets of any kind are allowed at the event for safety and health reasons.

As an attendee, what can I bring into the event site?
Blankets or folding chairs are allowed. Please bring proper identification for entrance…21 and up only! No coolers or outside food or beverages are allowed. All suspicious items are subject to search.

How can I find out about being a food/vendor sponsor at the event?
All food vendors must contact Linda Christensen directly at: Linda@eventsforchangeinc.org or by calling our office at: 407-777-8309. Vendors selling anything other than food must also be a non food or craft/artist vendor and have a booth to be included in the event.

This is a 21 and up event. Only those with a government issued I.D. will be admitted. Those who purchased their tickets online, must present a government issued I.D. to gain entry to OB3: Orlando Bourbon, Beer N’ Bites.  Please print out your receipt and have your government issued ID with you for proof of purchase the day of the event. For those tickets holders who possess a hard ticket, a government issued I.D., along with the ticket, must be presented at the main entrance. All Sales are final-We will not grant refunds. Event will go on, regardless of weather conditions. The drink items listed on the OB3 website, and at the event, may change. Sampling is on a first come, first serve basis. No Coolers. No outside drinks. No Pets, (we love pets, so please keep them at home for their own safety). No one under 21 will be admitted. Bags are subject to search by Events for Change, Inc. staff. Bourbon and beer sampling must be done from the glass that will be given to you at the entrance. Events for Change, Inc. staff can refuse admission to the ticket holders with no refund. The ticket holder assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property. Events for Change, Inc. has the right to use video or still shots of you for advertising, without limitations. Do not operate a motor vehicle while under the influence. Attendees should drink responsibly, or seek alternate transportation. EVENT WILL GO ON, REGARDLESS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS.
